Your enquiry
The website's booking form prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp for you to review and send it. This website does not save that form or create an appointment. Information included in the link is passed to WhatsApp when you continue; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to its service. You can also call Jacob directly.
Who handles your information
Jacob Banjo uses the details you send to discuss your plumbing work, prepare a quote, arrange the visit and follow up. Mina Logic provides customer-care support and may receive relevant job information when helping with a concern. Please share only information needed for your enquiry. Avoid including sensitive documents, access codes or other people's private details in the first message.
Website operation
The website is hosted by Google Firebase Hosting, which may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. Known source and campaign labels in a website link may be included in a prepared WhatsApp message so Jacob can understand where an enquiry came from. You can review or remove them before sending. A contact click does not tell us whether a message was sent, a call connected or a visit was booked.
Optional advertising measurement
When the optional measurement choice is available, you can allow Google Ads to measure website visits and WhatsApp and phone-link clicks, or choose Not now. Before permission, the site does not load the Google advertising tag or send it click events. Your choice is saved in this browser for 30 days where local storage is available. It contains the choice and time, not your enquiry. Booking works with either choice.
If you allow measurement, Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the website URL after the query cleanup described below, and use advertising cookies or browser storage to connect an ad click with a website visit or contact click. A measured website visit is not an enquiry or booking. One valid-looking Google click identifier in the landing link may be retained for this purpose; other query values and the fragment are removed before the tag loads. The site sends neither your prepared WhatsApp message nor the neighbourhood, job details, phone number or other form contents to the tag. Enhanced conversions, Google Analytics and personalised advertising are not enabled by this website.
You can change your choice using Measurement settings in the website footer. Turning measurement off reloads the page, so any unsent form details will be cleared. The site stops sending new events and attempts to remove Google ad-click storage on this site; it cannot erase information Google has already received or Google cookies on other domains. Appointments and prices
Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm are working hours, not guaranteed availability. A visit is booked only when Jacob agrees the scope, price approach and arrival window with you. Published prices are starting guides for the stated scope. Any additional travel, materials or sourcing charges are confirmed before commitment. Materials are charged separately at documented market rate.
The assessment fee is credited once against the total agreed labour/visit price for the same problem if accepted within seven calendar days, counting the assessment date as day one. This counts the assessment payment toward the total, rather than giving a second discount. When diagnosis and repair happen at the same visit, diagnosis time is included in the first repair hour. If extra work becomes necessary, the revised scope and charge are agreed before continuing. Contact Jacob promptly to change a booking. A delay does not automatically move your appointment; a new time must be agreed.
