Jacob completed a seven-month programme in Plumbing Systems Design at the African Centre for Technical Training in June 2024. His work ranges from household repairs and fittings to piping and repiping.
You speak directly with Jacob about the work and your appointment. Materials are charged separately at market rate, with the specification and cost made clear.

ASSESSMENT VISIT

Understand the problem.
Up to 45 minutes assessing an accessible fault, with an explanation and quote. No destructive opening or specialist equipment included.
Credited once against the labour quote for the same problem if accepted within 7 calendar days, counting the assessment date as day 1.
STANDARD REPAIR VISIT
from GH₵350
Get the repair underway.
One agreed local visit and the first 60 minutes, including diagnosis when repaired at the same visit, with ordinary tools, checks and tidy handover. Parts are separate.
Extra agreed labour: GH₵150/hour, billed at GH₵75 per started 30 minutes.
INSTALLATIONS & LARGER WORK

A scope before a commitment.
Toilets, showers, pumps, repiping and multiple fittings are quoted after the details and access are understood.
Materials at documented market rate. Any sourcing or delivery charge is agreed separately.
One agreed pricing basis applies. Assessment credit is counted once; a new call-out is never silently added. If the work changes, the revised scope and charge are agreed before continuing.
